WITH RICK
Are you interested in developing a greater sense of self, balance, and fulfillment in all aspects of your life?
I invite you to explore your world of possibility in a safe, supportive space.
“The only person you are destined to become is the person you choose to be.”
—Ralph Waldo Emerson
Are you looking for a new role, or are you in one and need to level up your leadership and/or executive presence? Are you thinking about a major transition and need support? Are you struggling to manage grief or personal loss? Whatever your challenge, your decision to explore coaching is a milestone in your self-exploration and development.

Integrative Coaching is the approach I developed to support a wide range of client goals and to deepen the developmental coaching experience. I coach the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — meeting you as you are, where you are, and with a genuine belief in the inner resourcefulness we all have. You decide what we work on together. Integrative Coaching is the framework for getting you there while building resilience, adaptability and a greater awareness of the world and your role within it. My clients emerge with an expanded capacity for flourishing personally and professionally.

My coaching incorporates my experience, my values, and my deep commitment to partnering with you to become the next best version of you, as you want to be.

What is Coaching?
Coaching is a facilitated, nurturing process for refining the person you are at your essence. It’s an invitation to explore who you are now and who you want to be. Put another way, coaching gives you permission to ask the bigger questions.

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) notes that, "The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.”
“Self-observation is the first step of inner unfolding.”
—Amit Ray
Why Coaching?
People seek coaching for many reasons and each person’s reasons are unique. A few examples include professional advancement, being more comfortable in your own skin, overcoming inner patterns that are in your way, and navigating major life transitions.
Coaching provides you with an objective partner — your coach — and a structure to make sense of all those ideas you have about yourself, who you want to be and how you interact with the world. Might coaching be right for you?
